This tour is completely up to you with no set itinerary. You'll meet with your guide at your desired starting time and discuss the day. Choose from popular sites, shopping areas, museums, food markets, or even everyday local life such as hospitals, universities, Walmart or Shanghai's (and the world's) largest Starbucks. We'll do the best we can to see as much as possible, rest when you need and eat what you'd like. You can typically see 4-6 sites in a day. This option is perfect for visitors that want total flexibility as they learn more about Shanghai or if you have specific businesses or other needs and just need a guide and interpreter for the day. What You Can Expect
Your tour guide will meet you at your desired starting point, typically your city center hotel lobby, at your desired time, typically 9:30AM. Then you will start this private tour experience.

The pricing shown is for tour guide services only. You'll pay for any metros, taxis, entrance fees and meals on your own for ultimate flexibility.
An optional private car and driver is available for $100/group for groups of 1-4 as noted in the table and shown below. A private car is great if you'd like to relax a bit more or have difficulty walking. You can often see a bit more since you save some time.

- Private Car with Driver Option (1-4 people): $50
- The car always comes with an experienced and friendly driver (in addition to your awesome tour guide!) This price is for your whole group, not per person. (Please contact for group pricing with car for over four people)
- Acrobatic Show Option: This tour includes the option for a fantastic acrobatic show in the evening after your tour. This is the best show in China with a spectacular environment and features sophisticated athletic performers! A must see activity if you have time. Show starts 19:30 and ends at 21:00. Price shown here is for medium seats. Price: $45 USD/person
- HuangPu River Cruise: Another option after your tour is to take an amazing river cruise on the HuangPu River. The perfect end to a great tour to see the spectacular views of Shanghai's skyline from both the East and West sides. Tours start every hour during the day and every 15 minutes in the evening and lasts for 1 hour. VIP seats allow you an upper view in front of the boat for guaranteed 360 degree views. Standard seating, Price = $20/person.
